VANE Safety sells digital products. No physical book, parcel, or device will be shipped. There are no physical shipping charges.

Instant access after purchase

Your digital guide is made available for access and download after successful payment. Follow the access instructions provided with your order.

Payments that are pending, declined, or awaiting verification may delay access until payment is confirmed.

Downloading and reading

You need an internet connection to obtain your file and a compatible device or application to open it. The product page states the file format and any relevant compatibility requirements.

Save a copy to your device for convenient personal use.

Access problems

If access is missing, a download does not work, or you receive the wrong file, contact vanesafety@outlook.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

We will help restore access or provide another appropriate solution. You do not need to purchase the guide again to report a delivery problem.
